APPL Conference - March 10-13, 2013

While it's on my mind, I wanted to get down in writing that I'll be attending the annual Association of Partners for Public Lands (APPL) conference in Portland, Oregon the second week of March. 

Bill and I attended last year in Las Vegas and were treated to much learning and appearances by Teddy Roosevelt, Elvis Presley, and a walking / talking granola bar.  It also included many mini-reunions for Bill with Parkie friends from over the years.

Like last year, I hope to meet many employers in the National Parks, State Parks, Wilderness Areas, etc., who may need our assistance in finding great employees who don't want to work in traditional offices, but rather get out of town and into the wilderness.

Find me, Q, or Kari, at booth 825 in the trade show held at the Oregon Convention Center on Tuesday, March 12th through Thursday, March 14th.
