This issue is extremely important, and the article brings up some good points. For more and more employers, foreign workers are really the only option. The challenges are not only legal. Managerial issue arise when your workforce does not sepak English and has a different culure. For people struggling with this issue, I highly recommned starting with FEWA (federation of employers and workers of America) at www.h2b-fewa.org.
