Busy is Better

HR.BLR.com reports that "Under Worked Employees are Less Satisfied".
The implication is that your company will suffer more if your staff is underworked than if they are over worked.

Completely True, Im leaving my current job because there is not enough to do!?! And until someone is in my shoes, they will never understand how useless you feel after a while of not doing enough work.
